We process your personal data under the following legal bases in accordance with Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection of Argentina: execution of the service contract, compliance with legal obligations (CNV, BCRA, UIF regulations), express consent for commercial communications, and legitimate interest for service improvements and fraud prevention.

We use your information to: facilitate your participation in crowdlending projects, comply with regulatory identity verification requirements, process transactions and maintain accounting records, communicate updates about your investments and new projects, improve our services and user experience, and prevent fraudulent activities and ensure platform security.

4. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We may share your information with: associated real estate developers (limited data necessary for your investment), financial entities for payment processing, regulatory authorities when legally required (CNV, UIF, AFIP), and technology service providers under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures in accordance with ISO 27001 standards, including: data encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, continuous access monitoring, regular backups, and staff training in data protection.

6. Your Rights

Under Argentine law, you have the right to: access your personal data, rectify incorrect information, request deletion of data when applicable, object to processing in certain cases, and request data portability. 7. Data Retention
